The concept of TapTack is like a infinite runner, but with a sailing take. The player just tap the screen to tack (means change side of the wind, and turn 90 deg). Wind direction change will be collectable to optimize the trajectory. This will be the only way for the player to go fast enough to tr to escape the shark (not here yet) at the bottom of the screen.
Goal is to survive as long as you can!
I just built the initial concept working, with procedural world build up (and make it visible to the player!). Much more work ahead!
