Hmmm. If the demo ran fine then that copy should too. I'm sure it must be something with Desura. You could try redownloading it, or you can give me your email and I'll send you a copy of the DRM free .exe

I am not really sure what's going on but it's been 4 days since my last post here, I don't even want the game any longer. I just want a refund, you can either send it to me as I made payment with dizzymediainc@gmail.com paypal or I will request from Desura.

Sorry but 4 days late is quiet rediculuous, even for an indie dev.

Well sorry mate but I've been busy and had a lot to do in both personal life and business. My internet was also down for a couple of days beforehand. I can't refund you if you bought it from Desura, and I can't do anything about the problems you're experiencing. You'll have to take it up with them. If you still want the game I'll send you the DRM free copy, but I can't give you back any money I haven't received myself.
I also want to say that that is extremely rude for an issue that is clearly on your end or Desura's and has nothing to do with me. No one else has had an issue with the game thus far.

Which is why i asked for the games requirements, every game has one. If you went and bought a game at the store and when you got home it didn't work, wouldn't you take it back? Even if it was your comp that's the issue? lol of course at a store you go back and they give you your money back (unless it's target lol).

I tried to support the production of your game by spending my money on a game I basicallly already have, demo, full, they can't be that much diff. since there wasn't a large gap from when i received the demo to it's full release.

No matter what it is your responsability as the proud dev of your game to respond promptly when an issue arises, managing, marketing and deving all role into one. ;)

Did you not read what I said? I had NO way of contacting you. I was nowhere near a PC with net capabilites of any kind or I would have contacted you sooner.
I am grateful to you for supporting my game. You had problems with it completely unrelated to my service, (if the demo ran fine then that copy should as well) and I'm sorry about that, but that is not my problem to help fix nor can I do anything about it now you don't want the game anymore. I also literally don't have the option to refund you, or I would be more than happy to help. You will have to take it up with Desura at their support and sales email address.

With attitude like that you will not make it far in the indie realm, good luck to you but I will never buy one of your games again. You sir give indie deving a bad name, I love your game but I don't like your customer service lol

Even if you weren't around a comp before you are now, yet your responce is "oh well, won't help you, sorry, your loss"
which is entirely -_-

I probably will never buy a game from desura again due to not wanting to deal with lazy devs. :P
Good luck on your next production, id advise brushing up your people skills.

peace!

That's one badass looking game. Gotta buy it this Friday. Can I play with a controller?

Hey ProjectFURY. Sorry, haven't visited this site in a while with the above argument and all. If you're still interested in the game at all it's compatible with an Xbox 360 pattern controller.

Hey NatPash now that your first game has been out for some time... how did it work out? Did you have a lot of interest and sales? What would you change if you would begin the whole process again?
